What do you offer for workouts?

We run CrossFit classes with small groups for quality coaching across all fitness levels. We also hold yoga classes twice a week.

When do classes run and where do you train?

CrossFit Croí is based in Athlone, Unit 1 Moydrum Commercial Centre on Moydrum Road. We run early morning classes at 7am and again in the evening, with two different time slots, and train every day of the week.

How can I join and what should I do first?

You are welcome to join as we are always open to new members. On Fridays, you can bring a friend for free to get a feel for CrossFit and the community.

Alongside me is Brain Caldwell, who has a similar passion for fitness and wellbeing. We are dedicated to helping our members achieve their fitness goals and create a supportive and inclusive community.

In addition to our CrossFit classes, we offer Yoga classes twice a week to help improve flexibility, strength, and mental clarity. Our physical therapist, Patrice Kenny, specialises in Sports Therapy and is available for appointments to help with injury prevention and rehabilitation. We also have a sports massage therapist, Ursula Hickey, on-site to assist with muscle recovery and relaxation.

At CrossFit Cro, we believe that nutrition is a key component of overall health and fitness. That's why we offer a range of Paleo foods, Nutrilite nutrition, and XS Sports Nutrition products to support our members in maintaining a healthy diet. We are committed to providing a holistic approach to health and wellness, addressing the mind, body, and soul.
