Alongside me is Brain Caldwell, who has a similar passion for fitness and wellbeing. We are dedicated to helping our members achieve their fitness goals and create a supportive and inclusive community.
In addition to our CrossFit classes, we offer Yoga classes twice a week to help improve flexibility, strength, and mental clarity. Our physical therapist, Patrice Kenny, specialises in Sports Therapy and is available for appointments to help with injury prevention and rehabilitation. We also have a sports massage therapist, Ursula Hickey, on-site to assist with muscle recovery and relaxation.
At CrossFit Cro, we believe that nutrition is a key component of overall health and fitness. That's why we offer a range of Paleo foods, Nutrilite nutrition, and XS Sports Nutrition products to support our members in maintaining a healthy diet. We are committed to providing a holistic approach to health and wellness, addressing the mind, body, and soul.
