With 23 years of experience teaching this ancient practice, Mariana has shared her expertise in yoga teacher training programs and advanced workshops worldwide. Her soothing voice has guided thousands of students through body awareness, deep relaxation, and connection with their inner selves. In addition to being a yoga teacher, Mariana is also a certified massage therapist, specializing in Thai massage.
She began her Thai massage practice in 2007 and trained closely with Master Kam Thy Chow, considering this unique massage technique an extension of her yoga practice to help others relieve pain and reconnect with their innate healing abilities.
With a Bachelor's degree in psychology, Mariana brings grace and depth to her communication of her passion for yoga and Thai massage.
