Inspired by his newfound passion for yoga, Gareth dedicated himself to further study. He has had the privilege of learning from renowned teachers such as Kino MacGregor, Tim Feldman, John Scott, and Danny Paradise. In addition, he recently obtained his 200-hour yoga teaching certificate and became a yoga alliance accredited teacher. Gareth's commitment to ongoing learning ensures that he is always equipped with the latest knowledge and techniques to support his clients.
