My own personal journey towards wellness. After experiencing the positive effects that exercise and a healthy lifestyle had on my own mental and physical wellbeing, I became passionate about helping others achieve the same results.
With over 5 years of experience in the industry, I have dedicated myself to understanding how individuals can make sustainable changes to their lives and fitness. I strongly believe in the power of both body and mind to transform one's life.
When it comes to training my clients, I utilise a combination of functional and resistance training techniques. This approach ensures that you not only enhance your strength and conditioning but also work on your balance, mobility, and power. Whether your goal is to become an athlete or simply maintain your youthful vigour, you will see the benefits of this holistic approach.
One of the unique aspects of training with me is the level of support and feedback that you will receive. As your personal trainer, I am not just there to guide you through workouts; I am also your confidant, someone you can lean on for advice, and a partner in making the right choices for your fitness journey. I take your feedback into serious consideration and strive to make adjustments to your programme that align with your goals and preferences.
In addition to one-on-one sessions, I also offer group training and hybrid coaching options. Group training is perfect if you thrive in a social and competitive atmosphere, where you can enjoy the benefits of personal training at a lower cost. With hybrid coaching, you will have the opportunity to meet with me in-person for guidance and technique improvement, while also receiving personalised workouts, dietary tracking assistance, and weekly habit and goal setting through a fitness app.
If you prefer a more individualised experience, I offer 1-2-1 and couples training sessions. With this option, you will receive my undivided attention and more accountability. I can focus on improving your technique and ensuring you get the most out of every exercise. Training as a couple or with a friend can also provide motivation and encouragement to see progress together.
I operate primarily in Wells, Central Somerset Physio and The Movement gym in Shepton Mallet, as well as the surrounding areas. If you have a home gym, I can also accommodate that.
