With over 20 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, Michelle brings a wealth of knowledge to her yoga classes. Holding a bachelor's degree in sport and exercise science, she is not only qualified as a personal trainer but has also gained extensive experience in lecturing and teaching within the industry.
Michelle's journey into yoga began as she realised the need to reshape herself both physically and mentally. As a former dancer, amateur athlete, and an international presenter for Les Mills Bodycombat, she had a deep understanding of the importance of physical fitness. However, she found her body and mind fatigued and needed a practise that would bring balance to both aspects.
Her search led her to India, where she studied the ancient techniques of yoga. There, she learned about its vast history and the profound benefits it brings to mind, body, and soul. Now a qualified 250hr Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Teacher and Rocket Vinyasa Yoga specialist, Michelle is passionate about sharing her love for these practises with others.
