Led by our experienced instructor, Hana, our Pregnancy Yoga classes provide a nurturing and safe space for pregnant women to connect with their bodies, baby, and fellow mothers-to-be. Our Pregnancy Yoga classes take place on Saturdays from 11am to 12pm, starting in April 2024 and held outdoors in the serene surroundings of Finsbury Park. The beautiful natural environment provides the perfect backdrop for expectant mothers to embrace the benefits of gentle exercise, fresh air, and sunshine while nurturing their mind, body, and spirit.
To participate in our Pregnancy Yoga classes, we recommend bringing your own yoga mat and a blanket for added comfort. Classes can be booked online or paid for in cash, and we have a non-refundable and non-transferable policy for class bookings. The cost is 13 per class, and you can use the PayPal link on our website to secure your spot or pay in cash on the day.
To find our meeting point, please join us at the Athletics track in Finsbury Park five minutes before the class begins.
