In 2017, I discovered HypnoBirthing and took a childbirth education course myself. The tools and techniques I learned were life-changing and truly empowered me to have the calm, peaceful birth I desired. I knew then that I needed to share this knowledge with other expectant parents. I became a Certified HypnoBirthing Practitioner and started teaching classes in Whitby, Ontario.
