The school offers a range of classes tailored to different age groups. The Mind Body Spirit Warriors programme is designed for children aged 4-7 and focuses on teaching basic Ju-Jitsu techniques, life skills, and safety skills. The programme aims to develop self-confidence, cooperation, teamwork, and social skills.

The Young Masters programme is designed for young people aged 7-12 and offers a unique martial arts experience. Students learn the core values of trust, respect, and integrity while improving social skills, self-esteem, focus, self-confidence, self-discipline, and concentration.

The team at Mind Body Spirit Martial Arts is led by Sensei Michael Holden, a Sichidan Level 4 Senior Coach and the head coach. He is also the safeguarding lead. Other instructors include Sensei Richard Spinks, Sensei Dave Bramwell, Sensei Satnam Rayat, Joanne Davison, and Neil Kirkwood. Each instructor brings a wealth of experience and expertise to their classes.
