Welcome to Mind & Body Consultants, a leading Yoga studio located in Nottingham. Founded by Karen and Kev Green, our studio is dedicated to helping individuals achieve wellness and balance in their lives through various holistic practises.

At Mind & Body Consultants, we understand the importance of finding inner peace and harmony. That's why we offer a range of Yoga classes and private sessions to cater to different needs and preferences. In addition to Yoga, we also offer 1 to 1 Somatic movement and one-to-one coaching sessions. Somatic movement is a gentle and mindful approach to movement that focuses on increasing body awareness and releasing tension. Our experienced coaches will work closely with you to tailor sessions that address specific concerns and help you find more freedom and ease in your body.

Furthermore, we understand that staying active and maintaining physical fitness becomes even more crucial as we age. That's why we provide specialised exercise classes for the over-60s. These classes are designed to improve strength, flexibility, and overall fitness in a safe and supportive environment. Our instructors are trained to modify exercises based on individual capabilities, ensuring that everyone can participate and benefit from these classes.

At Mind & Body Consultants, we also offer Pain-Relief Therapy, a holistic approach to managing chronic pain.
