Madeline Diaz Meiner, the owner and teacher of the studio, is a highly qualified practitioner. She has completed various teacher training programmes, including a 500hr Hatha Yoga Teacher Training from Mandala Yoga Ashram & BWY, a 200hr Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training from Yogi Bhayan KRI Institute, and a 100hr Sound Healing Practitioner Course. She has also obtained certifications in Yin Yoga, Rocket Yoga, Mandala Vinyasa, Pre & Post Natal Yoga, and Mother and Baby Yoga.

In addition to the studio classes, Mind and Body Yoga Chorley also offers yoga retreats in Ibiza and the UK. Madeline's lifelong dream of offering retreats in Ibiza became a reality in 2018 when Ananda Yoga Retreats was established. Ananda Yoga Retreats Ibiza provides a tranquil and healing environment for individuals to relax, reset, and develop their yoga practise. The retreats offer a range of teaching styles and the opportunity to connect with like-minded people in the beautiful surroundings of Northern Ibiza.

For those who prefer a retreat closer to home, from 2022 onwards, Mind and Body Yoga Chorley will be offering UK retreats in the scenic Lake District, specifically in the serene setting of Lake Coniston in Cumbria.
