The clubhouse, situated in the Tickford Community Centre, serves as a vibrant meeting place for members. Established in 1976, MKSAC is branch number 832 of the British Sub-Aqua Club (BSAC). The club is the result of a merger between three small local clubs, and today boasts a membership of approximately 70 passionate divers. The majority of these members dive on a regular basis, creating a vibrant and active diving community.
The club's primary diving location is the Blue Lagoon in Bletchley, where they dive almost every Sunday from 10:30 onwards throughout the year. From April to September, Wednesday evenings also provide an opportunity for diving, starting from 18:30 onwards. While visitors are welcome to join the divers for a chat, it is advisable to contact MKSAC in advance if you wish to partake in a diving session.
In addition to regular club activities, MKSAC organises a variety of special events and trips. From weekend getaways to exciting destinations like Portland, to novice weekends designed specifically for those new to diving, there are ample opportunities to expand your diving skills and explore new underwater environments. These events provide an excellent chance to bond with fellow divers and create lasting memories.
