Our club welcomes children aged 6 to 12 years old. Our classes are specifically designed for this age group, providing a safe and enjoyable environment for children to learn martial arts and develop their physical and mental capabilities. Through our CKD programme, children will improve their coordination, self-confidence, discipline, and focus, setting a strong foundation for their personal development.

Founded by Grand Master Kwang Jo Choi in 1987, Choi Kwang Do is widely regarded as the most effective martial arts system in the world. Grand Master Choi developed this system after suffering injuries from traditional martial arts and conducting extensive research into safer training methods. Choi Kwang Do utilises sequential movements that transfer natural energy through the body, allowing muscle groups to work together for maximum effectiveness and power.
