This experience solidified Gursharan's commitment to karate and upon returning to England, he established his first club in Luton/Dunstable in 1981. This club now serves as the association's headquarters. In 1993, Gursharan formed his own association called TISKA (The Traditional International Shotokan Karate Association), which has become one of the largest associations in the UK.
Despite his extensive achievements, Gursharan's dedication to teaching karate has never wavered. He currently teaches over 35 classes per week in the UK and conducts master classes internationally. Throughout his career, he has guided countless students of all ages to black belt status and beyond.
