Kmax is a comprehensive synthesis of Jeet Kune Do Concepts, Wing Chun (Jun Fan Method), Kickboxing (Jun Fan Method), French Savate, Filipino Kali, and Pentjak Silat. This unique blend of martial arts techniques offers students a well-rounded training experience that focuses on self-defence, weapon training, and developing superior speed and precision.

Filipino Kali, taught by Guro Dan Inosanto, is a weapon and empty hand training system that is excellent for self-defence against an armed attacker. This martial art is also widely used by military forces around the world and has been featured in movies such as “The Bourne Identity”.

Muay Thai Kickboxing, the national ring sport of Thailand, is another discipline taught at Mike Krause Martial Arts Academy.
