Miguel's Boxing & Fitness Gym is excited to announce the upcoming local Fitness event for kids!
Introducing Miguel's Kids Boxing Workout Class, a fantastic personal training service designed to help children get fit and stay healthy. Through a variety of fun and innovative boxing workouts, kids will be able to have a great time while improving their fitness levels.
The class itself is packed with a range of activities to keep the kids engaged and active. It starts off with a warm-up session to get those muscles ready for action. Then, there's skipping to get those hearts pumping, followed by shadow-boxing to practice those technique skills. Kids will also learn basic punch combinations, take part in a heavy bag workout, and work with focus mitts for precision training. There's even slipping and rolling exercises to enhance defensive abilities.
Miguel's Kids Boxing Workout Class also includes partner drills, abs and core work, groundwork, stretching, and much more. It's a comprehensive workout experience that covers all aspects of boxing and fitness.
Children aged from 5 to 11 years old can join the Kids Beginners Boxing class, which takes place every Tuesday and Thursday from 4.30pm to 5.30pm. The cost for each session is only $5, making it an affordable option for parents.
For those advanced kids who are interested in sparring, we also offer the Kids Sparring ONLY – ADVANCED class. This session takes place on Fridays from 4.30pm to 5.30pm and costs $10 per session.
If Muay Thai is more your child's style, Miguel's Boxing & Fitness Gym also offers a Kids Muay Thai class. Open to children aged from 5 to 14 years old, this class takes place on Mondays from 5.30pm to 6.30pm, Wednesdays from 5pm to 6pm, and Saturdays from 11am to 12pm. The cost is $5 per child per session or $45 per child per month.
We encourage parents to join in on the fun and participate in the workouts as well. Gloves will be provided, and participants are required to wear normal gym wear.
Please note that Miguel's Boxing & Fitness Gym has a NON REFUNDABLE policy in place, and there is a strict 6-hour personal training cancellation policy.
