Michelle's Yoga

Michelle's Yoga, located at 63 Roman Road in Steyning, offers a range of yoga classes and workshops for all levels. Michelle, an experienced yoga teacher, began her journey in 2009, discovering yoga as a tool to manage anxiety, depression, and OCD. After years of dedicated practise, she became a certified teacher from the Yoga Garden in 2020.

Even during the first Covid-19 lockdown, Michelle adapted swiftly, moving classes online. Now, she offers both in-person and online sessions. Michelle's teaching is inclusive, ensuring everyone, regardless of ability or experience, can participate. Her sessions aim to create a welcoming environment that encourages exploration and enjoyment.

Michelle also brings her expertise as a trained Aromatherapist into her classes, using essential oils to foster a calming atmosphere. Outside the studio, she finds joy in nature walks with her dog, Bertie, and enjoys a good pub lunch.
