Inspired by this transformation, Michelle made the decision to become a certified yoga teacher and establish her own teaching practice.
Despite facing the challenges of the first Covid-19 lockdown in April 2020, Michelle remained dedicated to her practice and adapted her classes to be offered through Zoom online and face-to-face. Her teaching style is warm, lighthearted, and fun, creating a welcoming environment suitable for students of all ages and abilities. Additionally, Michelle's expertise in Aromatherapy allows her to incorporate essential oils into her classes, creating a calm and nurturing atmosphere.
