The centre also offers other classes, such as Velo: Flow, Velo: Rhythm, Velo: Performance, Les Mills RPM, and Les Mills Sprint.
If you're looking for a high-intensity workout, Gym Blast is a 30-minute interval-based group fitness class that incorporates functional movements, cardio equipment, kettlebells, dumbbells, bodyweight movements, and Technogym benches. This class is free for Leisure Active Silver Gym, Gold, Diamond, and Platinum members, as well as pay-as-you-go gym customers.
For kids interested in athletics, the Fife Athletics All Stars programme provides exciting and fun classes focused on developing athletic skills. Participants have the opportunity to try disciplines such as hurdles, shot put, long jump, and more. The programme is a partnership effort with Fife College, Scottish Athletics, Fife AC, and Active Schools, creating a pathway for kids to get into athletics.
