MFS 24/7 Gym - Shepparton

In 2017, MFS launched their very own Meals For Success programme, introducing a convenient way for members to eat healthy without the hassle of meal prep. The commercial kitchen was built to create ready-to-eat meals that are delicious, nutritious, and tailored to support fitness goals. The addition of Meals For Success has made it even easier for members to maintain a balanced diet while focusing on their workouts.

The success and positive reception of Mooroopna Fitness Studio led to the opening of MFS Shepparton in 2017. This location was designed to go above and beyond, offering top-of-the-range gym equipment including Hammer Strength, Life Fitness, and Technogym. The gym also boasts the heaviest dumbbells in the Goulburn Valley, weighing up to 75 kg. In true MFS style, MFS Shepparton includes an in-house supplement store, providing members with a wide range of sport supplements from big brands such as Optimum Nutrition, BSN, and EHP Labs.

The gym also offers a girls-only area, in-house massage therapist, and the convenience of on-site Meals For Success.

Within the first year of opening, MFS Shepparton underwent a full expansion. The girls-only area was transformed into a functional fitness area that caters to everyone, and new additions were made, including a variety of Hammer Strength machines, 10 Life Fitness machines, and a StairMaster. This expansion allows for even more variety in workouts and ensures that all members have access to the equipment they need to achieve their fitness goals.

Continuing their mission to make health and fitness accessible to all, MFS opened their third location in Kialla in 2019. This new facility continues the tradition of providing top-quality equipment, in-house supplements, and the Meals For Success programme.
