MFS 24/7 Gym – Mooroopna is a locally owned and operated gym in the Mooroopna area of Australia. Established in 2015 by James Waters, MFS was the first 24-hour gym in the Goulburn Valley region. Since its establishment, MFS has experienced significant growth and expansion. In 2016, Mooroopna Fitness Studio completed a full expansion within its first year of operation. This expansion included the addition of new machines, dumbbells, a 5-stack, a strength and conditioning area, and a core and boxing area. This demonstrated MFS's commitment to continually improving its facilities for the benefit of its members.

MFS also expanded its offerings with the introduction of Mooroopna Females Studio (MFS) Aerial Fitness in 2016. This exciting addition, located just two doors down from Mooroopna Fitness Studio/Supplements, provides a dynamic form of exercise for women of all ages and fitness levels. The studio offers aerial fitness classes including Lyra hoop, silks, and pole training to provide a challenging and enjoyable workout experience.

In 2017, MFS launched Meals For Success (MFS), a brand-new green edition of their services. This addition included the establishment of a commercial kitchen to offer healthy ready-to-eat meals. The aim is to provide members with convenient and nutritious meal options that support their fitness goals.

Following the success of its Mooroopna location, MFS opened its second location in Shepparton in 2017. This larger facility boasts top-of-the-range gym equipment such as Hammer Strength, Life Fitness, and Technogym. It also features the heaviest dumbbells in the Goulburn Valley, a girls-only area, an in-house massage therapist, and of course, an in-house supplement store and Meals For Success options.

In 2018, MFS Shepparton underwent a full expansion, adding a functional fitness area for everyone, additional Hammer Strength and Life Fitness machines, as well as a StairMaster. This expansion allowed for even more diverse workout options and enhanced the overall fitness experience for members.

In 2019, MFS expanded once again by opening its third location in Kialla. This expansion allowed MFS to bring its unique fitness offerings to a new community and further extend its reach in the Goulburn Valley area.
