Kristen's been at the helm for over 20 years, driven by her love for dance which kicked off after seeing Michael Jackson's "Thriller" video. She's got training from both the UK and USA and her passion for street dance, commercial dance, and hip hop is infectious. With teaching qualifications and NLP certification in her back pocket, Kristen started Method Dance Company, aiming to pull in folks of all ages and abilities into a lively, ego-free dance environment.

They've got classes running in three spots across the South West of England, and you'll often catch them performing at various events and festivals. Kristen's commitment to her dancers is clear - it's all about creating a family vibe where everyone is welcome and encouraged to get creative and tackle any dance challenge.

There are plenty of class options – adult dance courses run for either 6 or 8 weeks, costing £45 and £60 respectively. There's even a free taster session for newbies! They also offer private classes for special occasions like wedding dances, flash mobs, and hen and stag parties, prices for which can be arranged directly with them.
