MetaFitness & Wellness Centre in Stony Plain is a comprehensive health and wellness facility catering to individuals of all ages and fitness levels. In adherence to the Covid-19 provincial guidelines, the centre follows strict measures set out by Alberta Health Services to ensure the safety of all clients and staff.

The centre offers a wide range of services including fitness classes, personal training, yoga, pilates, meditation, energy sessions, massage therapy, and Reiki therapy. The experienced and certified trainers, instructors, and therapists at MetaFitness are dedicated to helping clients achieve their wellness goals in a safe and supportive environment.

The facility boasts a clean and comfortable 4,000 sq. ft. space equipped with the latest fitness equipment and tools. Health Canada approved hand sanitizers and disinfectants are used to maintain a hygienic environment for all visitors.

MetaFitness also offers special events and updates, including weight loss programs, wellness prescriptions, post-rehabilitation training, drumming circles, and colour and sound baths.
