Clients can choose from a variety of classes, such as the Metabolic Circuit on Saturdays at 8am, Box Fit at 9am, and Healthy Back at 10am, each priced at 10 per session. Additionally, they provide an Initial Fitness & Strength Assessment for 40, ensuring personalised guidance and a tailored fitness plan.
