Metabolic Fitness (Maidstone) provides 1-on-1 and small or large group coaching for wellness training and metabolic conditioning. The program supports people looking to build functional strength and core stability, improve posture, and rehabilitate or manage conditions such as back, knee, shoulder and ankle issues. They also teach internal kung fu foundations, plus Tai Chi and Qi Gong, for adults and young people aged 12 and over.
