Our consultation times are 40 minutes long, providing ample time for a thorough assessment, treatment, and self-management advice. We will also provide you with handouts of any exercises prescribed, ensuring that you can continue your treatment at home.

We work closely with your referring doctor, specialist, or health professional, and provide progress letters to keep them informed of your treatment. Furthermore, we are also committed to making our services affordable, and our Physiotherapy Society works closely with ACC to ensure injury treatment remains accessible to all New Zealanders.

Located at 208 Papanui Road, our Merivale Clinic is easily accessible in Christchurch. Our clinic provides a safe environment for your visit, with health and safety procedures in place to protect our patients and staff. During the COVID-19 pandemic, all patients and accompanying individuals are required to wear a clean surgical mask within the premises. We also have hand sanitisers available for use and maintain thorough sanitization practises within our clinic.

If you feel unwell or uncertain about attending your appointment, we encourage you to call our office staff. They can assist you with rebooking or discuss telehealth options or a phone call with your physiotherapist. In the event that our staff need to isolate at home due to the outbreak of Omicron, we will make arrangements to reschedule your appointment or offer telehealth alternatives.
