Adult classes are available for individuals of all abilities. Our Wing Chun beginner classes introduce traditional martial arts skills, build confidence, improve health and well-being, and provide effective self-defence techniques for individuals and their families. Whether you are a complete beginner or have previous experience in Wing Chun or other martial arts, we welcome everyone to join us on this unique journey.

For those who wish to push themselves further and become experts in the advanced elements of the Wing Chun system, we offer elite classes that focus on specialised weapons and advanced training. These classes are available for both adults and children who are dedicated to taking their martial arts skills to the next level.

Our classes are held at St John's Hall, Vicarage Road, Chelmsford CM2 9PH and Hamptons Sports and Leisure, Tydemans, Beehive Lane, Great Baddow CM2 9FH. With a variety of class times throughout the week, both adults and children can find a suitable schedule to fit their needs.

Meridian Kung Fu Chelmsford South is led by Sifu Tom Donnellan, who began his journey in Wing Chun Kung Fu in 2005 as a teenager. Trained under the expert guidance of Sifu Richard Sugden at Meridian Rayleigh, Sifu Donnellan has achieved significant milestones in his martial arts career, including earning his black sash in 2016 and completing the Instructor's Course with Meridian HQ. His passion for Wing Chun shines through his teaching as he passes on his knowledge and experience to students of all ages.
