Melissa's journey began when she became a mother and started teaching Buggy Classes in the fitness industry. However, it was after her second child that she discovered she had Diastasis Recti and had to learn how to retrain her core and pelvic floor. This led her to Burrell Education, where she completed multiple courses and earned her stripes as a Holistic Core Restore coach. Melissa is living proof of the transformative effects of this system.
When working with clients, Melissa approaches each individual with empathy and understanding, meeting them exactly where they are in their personal journey. She believes in taking a holistic approach, considering not just the workouts but also nutrition, daily routines, likes, and dislikes to create a tailored programme that aligns with their goals, one step at a time.

Please note that Melissa kindly asks for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to change your appointment. Changes made within 48 hours will incur a 50% appointment fee, and changes made within 24 hours will be charged the full fee. This policy applies to all current and future appointments. However, if you need to shuffle your session within the 24-hour window, you can transfer it to someone else for the same time and date, pending a quick screening.
