Located on the ground floor at 428 Little Bourke Street (cnr Queen) in the heart of Melbourne CBD, our studio is easily accessible, making it convenient for clients to prioritise their health and fitness. We are situated near the Elizabeth St tram lines and Melbourne Central and Flagstaff train stations.

At Melbourne Yoga and Pilates, we believe that exercise is a form of self-care and love. To accommodate our clients' busy lives, we offer on-demand online classes through our platform called MYPOD. This allows individuals to maintain a consistent exercise routine and stay accountable to their fitness goals. In addition to online classes, we also provide remote one-on-one training sessions via Zoom or FaceTime, catering to clients all over the world.
