She specialises in Rishiculture Hatha Yoga, a gentle and mindful practise that is suitable for all ages and abilities. Whether you are a teenager or a wise soul in your 90s, yoga is for everybody. Molly believes in the power of yoga to transform lives and promote physical and mental well-being.
The studio offers group yoga classes with small class sizes of up to 8 students, ensuring personalised attention and guidance. New students can take advantage of a discounted rate for their first class by using the sign-up form on the website. The class timetable includes a variety of styles, such as Hatha, Yin, Shred, Chair, Menopause, Ante-Natal, and Kids Yoga. If the class you are looking for is not currently on the timetable, Molly is happy to add it based on demand.
