Just a quick note from Mike Taylor. As many of you know, Mike's the heart and soul behind MCT Personal Training here in Buckingham. He's dedicated to helping everyone boost their health, build confidence, and lose weight in a sustainable way.
Mike’s journey into the world of health and fitness is rooted deeply in his own experiences. His rugby days saw him training with top-notch strength and conditioning coaches until those pesky concussions forced him to hang up his boots. But rather than throwing in the towel, Mike dived into understanding better ways to train and nourish the body.
Managing his lung condition, Bronchiectasis, has only deepened Mike's understanding of exercise and nutrition. He's climbed the ladder of qualifications and now offers his expertise to those looking to beat yo-yo dieting and feel great about themselves.
MCT Personal Training offers online coaching, 1-2-1 sessions, as well as small group training. One of our exciting programmes kicks off on January 8th, and spaces are limited.
