With our own premises in Harrow and Watford, we offer a variety of Martial Arts and Self Defence classes for adults, children, and females only. Meet our Head Instructors, David Hall and Joel Bennett. David is MCMA's Head Instructor, specialising in Krav Maga and Self Defence. He is a certified instructor under the world-renowned Krav Maga HaimZut Federation and The Wingate Institute in Israel. David also trains under the guidance of Joel Bennett, the Chief Instructor of Krav Maga Haim Zut UK.
Joel Bennett serves as the UK's Chief Instructor for Krav Maga Haim Zut and is a Chief Instructor within the Krav Maga Haim Zut Organisation from Israel. He brings a wealth of expertise and experience to our academy.
