She is dedicated to finding the best approach to help clients strengthen their bodies and take control of their conditions.
The studio also has a furry friend named Ruby, a 5-year-old labradoodle who attends the studio regularly. She loves receiving attention from clients, going for lunchtime walks, and can often be found with a tennis ball in her mouth or serving as a sleepy companion.
Matt Rayner Exercise Physiology offers services for a variety of clients, including: -Healthy individuals looking to improve strength, body composition, and general fitness. — Clients with chronic health conditions that have lasted for 6 months or longer. These clients may be eligible for a Chronic Disease Management (CDM) referral from their GP, which can be obtained through the studio. Matt and Natasha have experience in treating muscle, joint, and neuromuscular conditions, and collaborate with other health professionals such as doctors, physiotherapists, podiatrists, dieticians, osteopaths, sports doctors, and remedial massage therapists.
As Accredited Exercise Physiologists, Matt and Natasha have completed a rigorous 4-year university degree, earning a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology from Queensland University of Technology. In addition, they have obtained various certifications and have a wealth of knowledge and practical experience in their respective areas of expertise.
