Mat Millns, a former Musical Theatre actor, brings his love of movement and understanding of the human body to his practise. With a background in Soft Tissue Therapy and a Btec level 5 qualification from the London School of Sports Massage, Mat is well-equipped to provide effective treatments.

Using a clinical perspective, Mat focuses on not just relieving symptoms but also providing long-term solutions whenever possible. He believes in addressing the root causes of dysfunction and providing advice on simple lifestyle changes that can make a big difference. From daily stretches to meditative practises, Mat draws on his extensive knowledge to offer a service that is second to none.

In addition to Soft Tissue Therapy, Mat is also a certified Dharma Yoga instructor. He completed the Life Of A Yogi teacher training with Sri Dharma Mittra and is grateful for the opportunity to pass on the teachings of his beloved Guru through his weekly yoga classes and private 1:1 sessions.

For those who are passionate about cycling, Mat is a qualified Bike Fitter and Cycling coach, helping individuals of all ages and abilities get the most out of themselves and their bikes. He regularly attends courses to enhance his skills and has qualifications in Medical Acupuncture, Kinesio Taping, Myofascial Release, Baby Massage & Yoga, and Sports Trauma Management.

Mat's expertise has been sought after by various professional and amateur athletes, including Musical Theatre companies, Leicestershire County Cricket Club, Market Bosworth Blazers Basketball Club, Ambion Race Cycling Team, and 1485 Tri-Club, to name a few. His ability to identify pain, stiffness, and provide effective sports massages has made him highly recommended by his clients.
