Massage and Pilates with Annie is a wellness studio located in Dundalk, run by Annie, a qualified Sports Massage Therapist, Pilates Instructor and Infant Massage Instructor. Annie completed her studies in Sports Massage Therapy in 2015, where she also learned techniques such as dry needling and kinesio taping. She opened her own clinic at home in Cooley, conveniently located between Dundalk and Carlingford.
Annie offers a range of services including sports massage, deep tissue massage, pre and post event massage, injury treatment, dry needling, and kinesio taping. She is passionate about helping her clients improve their physical well-being and reduce pain through massage therapy. Clients can also enjoy the benefits of infant massage classes, where they can bond with their baby and learn techniques to relieve colic, wind and constipation.
In addition to massage therapy, Annie is a qualified Pilates Instructor, having completed her training in 2016. Pilates is a great way to strengthen the core and improve flexibility, balance, and posture. Annie's classes are held at Mullaghbuoy Community Centre and cater to all levels of experience.
