In my classes, I focus on stretching, mobility, and flexibility, as well as providing relief from conditions such as arthritis, back pain, and stiffness. I understand the toll that corporate stress can take on the body and mind, which is why I offer executive group yoga sessions to bring mindfulness and wellbeing to corporate offsite meetings.
For individuals who are experiencing burnout or want to prevent it, I offer burnout prevention yoga sessions. It is never too early to start taking care of your mental and physical health, and yoga can be a powerful tool in achieving balance and preventing burnout.
I also provide personalised yoga sessions that are tailored to your specific needs. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, I will work with you to create a yoga journey that addresses your individual goals and concerns. I believe that yoga should be accessible to all, regardless of age or fitness level, and I am committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment in my classes.
In addition to my regular studio sessions, I offer summer garden yoga sessions. These outdoor classes provide the opportunity to connect with nature while enjoying the benefits of yoga.
If you prefer a group setting, I also offer guided group yoga classes. These classes are suitable for all levels and focus on a range of movements to improve strength, flexibility, and overall wellbeing.
I am passionate about helping others and believe that yoga has the power to transform lives.
