Mary-Louise Yoga

Mary-Louise Yoga is a passionate Yoga instructor based in Hove, Brighton. Specialising in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Yin Yang Yoga, Mary-Louise aims to help her students quiet the mind, tune into their bodies, and reconnect with their hearts.

Mary-Louise teaches classes at various yoga studios in Brighton and Hove, including Revitalise Yoga Studio, The Float Spa, and SPACE Yoga Studio. Revitalise Yoga Studio, located above Western Road, is known for its delightful atmosphere, cleanliness, superb equipment, and healing energy. All levels are welcome at this studio, offering Yin Yang and Hatha Flow classes. The Float Spa, a popular spa in Hove, offers participants the opportunity to relax, reset, and revive.

Mary-Louise teaches an Intermediate Level class on Saturdays and Yin Yang classes on Tuesdays. SPACE Yoga Studio, set in St. Augustine's Centre, is a stunning venue where students can explore a wide variety of classes. This renovated church building provides a nurturing and sacred environment for yoga practise.

Mary-Louise's teaching style is infectious, and she aims to convey positivity and enthusiasm to her students. She believes that yoga is about much more than being flexible and teaches her beginners that yoga is a holistic practise that benefits the mind and body.

In addition to studio classes, Mary-Louise also offers 1:1 tuition and workshops. She provides personalised sessions to cater to individual needs and goals. Mary-Louise also offers a Yin Yoga online class for those who prefer to practise from the comfort of their own homes.

For those interested in trying out Mary-Louise's classes, first-class is free at The Float Spa for the Yoga Flow class on Tuesday mornings. This “wake-up” class aligns energies and helps release tension in the body and mind. Additionally, the Yin Yang Yoga class at The Float Spa offers students the opportunity to balance their energies and prepare for a deep sleep. Intermediate Level classes are also available on Saturdays.
