Marldon Maple Leaf Bowling Club in Paignton is a top spot for lawn bowls enthusiasts. Founded in 1987 by local villagers, it's become a cornerstone of the community, drawing both seasoned bowlers and newbies alike.
Nestled in the beautiful Devon countryside, and near Torbay, Torquay, Paignton, and Brixham, Marldon Bowls Club offers easy access and a stunning setting. Keith, leading organiser, ensures the club maintains a well-kept green and modern facilities, perfect for matches, competitions, and social gatherings.
The club fields four Men's, a Ladies', and two mixed teams in various leagues and often hosts friendly games with local and touring teams. Keith and his team also provide free coaching sessions for beginners, making it simple to learn the sport. Special membership rates are available for new joiners.
