Marie Allart is a dedicated Yoga instructor and Massage therapist based in Orford, deeply passionate about yoga, humanity, movement, spirituality, touch, well-being, and love. Her yoga practice has become a way of life for her, guiding her to constantly explore the nature of humanity (starting with her own), open her heart, and be fully present with a clear vision. Marie embraces life with all that it offers, and she shares her love with gentleness, attentive listening, and depth, inviting each person to be present with themselves.
Marie discovered yoga in 2001 at the Studios Lyne St-Roch, realizing that she had always been unconsciously on this path. Her practice focuses on the human experience, heart opening, nature, and the various movements of being in relation to others, oneself, and life. She views the body as a valuable tool for understanding human nature layer by layer, with each layer interacting with the others. Over time, Marie's yoga practice has evolved to include all branches of yoga, guiding her to explore the human body and experience in its entirety.
Marie has always had a passion for sharing her knowledge and experience, believing it to be essential. With gentleness, attentive listening, and depth, she accompanies individuals in their yoga practice, encouraging them to be present with themselves at every moment. Marie believes that yoga welcomes us exactly as we are, offering a space for growth and self-discovery.
Marie offers free trial classes to help individuals discover her teaching style, the locations she teaches in, and to meet her in person. She believes in the transformative power of yoga and continues to deepen her practice and understanding of the human experience. With a holistic approach to yoga, Marie incorporates the philosophy of the practice, delving into the various layers of human existence, and finding inspiration in meaningful encounters with others in the yogic community.
