Marella Fyffe wants everyone to know that her yoga space in Omagh is open and ready for you. She’s set up a studio that's all about sparking awareness through yoga. You’ll find classes, workshops, and events for all experience levels.
If you're just starting out, Marella's got you covered with basics and introductory courses. These sessions offer a gentle and supportive place for you to get the hang of yoga postures and breathing techniques. And if you're looking to take your practice further, there are Mixed Ability and Yin Yoga classes on offer.
For those who want to go pro, Marella runs a Yoga Alliance approved 200-hour Teacher Training programme right at the studio. Over nine weekends and a full week, you'll dive into Hatha Yoga focusing on form, safety, and detail. Graduates can then register as 200-hour-level Registered Yoga Teachers.
And it doesn’t stop there. Marella also throws in special courses, workshops, and taster sessions to help you explore more about yoga. Think of things like the IREST 6-week immersion programme or specific breathwork sessions.
If you have your own yoga class or event and need a venue, The Bamboo Loft at Marella's studio is up for hire. It's a calm, purpose-built space perfect for any yoga gathering.
Marella herself has been practicing yoga for over 20 years. She’s passionate about sharing her knowledge with everyone and creates a friendly and inspiring environment in her classes. Her teachings cover alignment and come with a mix of clarity, precision, and a bit of humour.
Marella has been influenced by various yoga approaches and some notable names in the field. She’s a 500-hour Yoga Alliance teacher and also trained in iRest Yoga Nidra. Her devotion to her students includes advanced meditation practices for self-care.
Together with Christine Stewart, she also runs The Catamatkara Yoga Teacher Training School. Each year, they offer a comprehensive 200-hour foundational training that even includes a 40-hour retreat on Inishbofin.
Outside of yoga, Marella loves exploring the mountains of Northern Ireland, rowing, kayaking, and spending time with her grandchildren.
Marella Fyffe Yoga is more than just a studio; it’s a welcoming place for yoga enthusiasts at any level. Whether you're a newbie or a seasoned practitioner, Marella’s space invites you with open arms and a friendly smile.
