The DIY livery package at Manor Farm is priced at 270 per calendar month. This all-inclusive package includes ad lib haylage and morning bring in. While the farm provides bedding on shavings, horse owners are required to provide their own feed. The horses at Manor Farm have plenty of space and are allowed to enjoy natural turnout as much as possible.

In case horse owners are unable to attend to their horses, extra help and tasks are available at an additional cost, displayed on the Extra Help/Tasks Price List.

In addition to DIY livery services, Manor Farm also offers a unique horse timeshare programme. This programme provides a solution for horse owners who find it difficult to maintain and exercise their horses on a daily basis. Horse owners can enter into a timeshare agreement with the resident riding club, Quantock Happy Hackers Riding Club. Under this arrangement, horses are ridden and cared for by both their owners and members of the riding club.

The club members groom the horses, clean the tack, and muck out the stables when they ride the horses. This innovative concept allows horse owners to share the responsibility of horse care while enjoying regular exercise for their horses.

For competent riders without their own horses, the Quantock Happy Hackers Riding Club offers a fantastic opportunity to enjoy regular horse riding in the Quantocks. This unique riding club focuses on small group hacks and does not participate in competitive events. Members of the club experience the joys of horse ownership without actually owning a horse. They become part of a team of horse riders and owners and are responsible for the care of the horse they ride on a given day.

The horses in the club are either on horse timeshare or on loan. Rides always go out with a minimum of two people, with at least one experienced rider who is familiar with the Quantocks.
