Manley Mere – Sail Sports and Adventure Trail is a popular sailing school, instruction centre, and tourist attraction located in Frodsham, Cheshire. After a day of adventure, visitors can relax and refuel at the Chameleon Café Bar. The caf offers a fresh new look and is the perfect place to unwind. A new breakfast and snack menu is available from 10am to 3pm, and a Christmas Menu is offered from 24th November to 17th December. For those interested in learning sailing and other watersports, Manley Mere offers a variety of lessons. Paddle Board and Kayak Taster sessions last for 1 hour and are available in different group sizes, ranging from 1:1 to 4+. Prices start from 45 per person for a 1:1 session and decrease as the group size increases. RYA Sailing and Windsurf Taster lessons are 2 hours long and have similar pricing options.

A 2-day RYA Level 1 or 2 Sail or Windsurf course costs 200 per person based on a group of 3. There is also a Learn to Windsurf option available for 200, which includes 4 hours of tuition and 4 hours of practise. RYA Powerboat Courses are available for 130 and 250 for Level 1 and Level 2 respectively, based on a group of 3. Personal Tuition is available upon request, and all lessons include an instructor, wetsuit, and buoyancy aid.

For experienced watersports enthusiasts who have their own equipment, Manley Mere offers a self-launch option. Available for kayaks, paddle boards, sailing boats, and windsurfers, self-launch is open every day from 11am to 5pm. A day launch costs 15 per person, and it is essential to have your own buoyancy aid. Please note that toys such as rubber dinghies, rings, body boards, or remote control boats are not allowed.

Those who prefer to hire equipment for their watersports activities can do so at Manley Mere as well. Equipment hire is available by the hour, with session times at 12pm, 1. 15pm, and 2. 30pm.

Options include paddle boards for 20 per person (including one buoyancy aid), XL 8-person paddle boards for 95, single kayaks for 15 (including one buoyancy aid), double kayaks for 30 (including two buoyancy aids), and Canadian canoes for 35 (including three buoyancy aids). It is important to note that additional buoyancy aids are not available for hire. Sailing dinghies and windsurfers are also available for experienced sailors and windsurfers upon contacting Manley Mere to make a reservation.

Manley Mere is also a fantastic destination for children's parties. Parties can be booked on the Adventure Trail or the Aqua Park, with experienced instructors available for paddleboard and kayaking parties.
