Mana Temple

Mana Temple is a healing-focused movement studio in Kyneton and the Macedon Ranges. It offers somatic therapy, yoga and movement classes, plus workshops and immersions grounded in regulating the nervous system and reconnecting with the body. Sessions involve slow and intentional movement, including somatic movement, slow flow, yin, dance-based release and hands-on support.
