With her extensive experience, Julie offers a comprehensive set of classes and courses aimed at enhancing the well-being of both mothers and their babies.
Julie conducts Pregnancy Yoga Classes, Birthing Workshops, Baby Massage, and Baby Yoga sessions. These are designed to ensure a healthy pregnancy, prepare mothers for birth, and promote the overall health of both mother and baby. Her knowledge is deeply rooted in her work at the local Maternity Unit, enriched by learning from dedicated midwives.
Classes are held in Barton-under-Needwood, accessible from Lichfield, Burton-on-Trent, Tamworth, and Rugeley. As a qualified Pregnancy Yoga Tutor and Baby Massage and Yoga Tutor, Julie is committed to sharing practical techniques and support with pregnant women and new mums.
Julie’s journey began with a SureStart Project in Birmingham over 15 years ago. Inspired by the positive impact yoga had on maternal health, she trained in Pregnancy Yoga and began offering dedicated Ante-Natal Yoga classes. Her ongoing work at the Maternity Unit in Lichfield has further honed her skills, as she learned from supportive midwives and observed the benefits of a stress-free birth experience.
Mama, Birth & Baby aims to impart wisdom and support to all expecting mothers, helping them enjoy a fulfilling pregnancy and approach birth confidently. Julie’s sessions provide a nurturing environment where women can enhance their physical and mental well-being.
