MACS Dance was founded in June 2022 by principal Hannah McMillan. Miss Hannah has a strong background in dance, having graduated from the RAD in 2016. She has an exemplary pass rate with all RAD examinations and has extensive experience choreographing for school shows, events, festivals, and school productions.
The MACS Dance team is led by Principal Miss Hannah, who holds qualifications including RAD BA (Hons), LRAD, ARAD, and RAD RTS. Additionally, the school has an Office Manager, Sarah Fowler, who ensures smooth operations and assists with administrative tasks.
MACS Dance offers a comprehensive timetable of classes for children. The classes are categorised into different levels and styles, catering to various skill levels and interests. In addition to Ballet, Contemporary, and Commercial Jazz, MACS Dance also offers Elite Ballet, Pre-Pointe, Pointe, Strength and Stretch, and an invite-only Crew MDC class.
The timetable for the Summer Term (April 2023) includes classes on weekdays and weekends, providing flexibility for students and parents. The classes are held in different venues, including The Font and Nuffield Health facilities.
