Ma'at Studio Pilates

Welcome to Ma'at Studio Pilates, a tailored and holistic Pilates experience located in Lambton. Pene, the Director and Founder of Ma'at Studio Pilates, is dedicated to helping every client leave each class feeling balanced in mind and body, improving their quality of life, physical fitness, and general health.

Pene has over fifteen years of experience in the fitness industry, but it was her personal journey that led her to discover the transformative power of Pilates. After experiencing burnout from high-intensity group classes, her naturopath recommended a less strenuous exercise regime. That's when she tried Pilates and fell in love with its mind-body connexion, strength and flexibility benefits, and overall sense of balance.

Driven by her newfound passion, Pene became a certified Pilates instructor after four years of practising and decided to share her knowledge with others. In 2019, she completed a Diploma of Professional Pilates Instruction with Pilates International Training Centre in Sydney, solidifying her expertise in the field. Pene is also a proud member of Pilates Alliance Australia.

At Ma'at Studio Pilates, the focus is on the six key principles of Pilates: breath, concentration, control, flow, precision, and being centred. Pene strives to create a supportive and inclusive community, where every client can learn the foundations and principles of the Pilates method and gain a better understanding of their own body.

Whether you're new to Pilates or have previous experience, Ma'at Studio Pilates has options for you. For new clients, Pene offers an Introductory Package, which includes an Initial Consultation and 2 x Private Classes. During these sessions, Pene will discuss any relevant injuries or health conditions, as well as your specific goals. If you have prior Pilates experience, simply book an Initial Consultation to kickstart your journey at Ma'at Studio Pilates.

Classes are available Monday to Friday, with morning and afternoon sessions to accommodate different schedules. The studio is conveniently located down the driveway of 2 Pearson Street, Lambton.
