Lyn welcomes clients to her peaceful Sunny Studio in Wooler for sessions. However, for those who are unable to travel, she also offers home visits for a minimum of 2 hours, with a small travel charge if applicable.
To complement her holistic therapies, Lyn offers Mindful Movement yoga classes on Wednesdays and Fridays at The Cheviot Centre in Wooler. These sessions focus on slow, gentle movements and breathwork to cultivate relaxation, soothe the nervous system, and promote mind-body connexion.
