Accessible to me until I discovered Lyne Yoga Therapy. Lyne Lantaigne, the founder, is a knowledgeable and compassionate Yoga instructor who truly embodies the principles of Yoga Therapy. Her classes are a healing experience for both the body and the mind. Through her teachings, I have learned how to listen to my body, alleviate pain, and find peace within myself.
Lyne offers a variety of healing services, including private sessions, workshops, and virtual online yoga workshops. Her Tensegrity Series, in particular, has been incredibly transformative for me. The sequence of movements allows me to connect with the deepest layers of my body and reverse years of wear and tear. I have felt a significant improvement in my flexibility, strength, and overall sense of well-being since starting this practice.
What sets Lyne apart is her dedication to her students' well-being. With a background in Education and a deep passion for learning and self-inquiry, she creates a supportive and nurturing environment in her classes. Her goal is to empower her students to connect with themselves on a deeper level and discover their own strength and awareness.
