Lunchtime Meditation Class

Join the Lunchtime Meditation Class at North London Buddhist Centre, a popular Yoga club in London, held from Monday to Friday at 1-2pm. Whether you are a newcomer, intermediate, or regular practitioner, this class is designed to cater to all skill levels. It offers a fantastic opportunity to take a break from the hustle and bustle of daily life, relax, and delve into the art of meditation.

One of the best things about this class is that there's no need to go through the hassle of registering or booking in advance. Simply show up at the centre at 1pm, and you're good to go! We believe in keeping things simple and accessible for everyone.

To make things even better, the class is now by donation. We suggest a donation of £6, but feel free to contribute what you can. Our main aim is to create a warm and welcoming environment where everyone can experience the benefits of meditation without any financial burden.
