David’s focus is on Hatha Yoga, mixing up movements, breathing exercises, Yoga Nidra, and meditation. Whether you're a yoga pro or just starting, there’s a spot for everyone.
Fancy a bit of Gentle Flow in Spanish? Join David every Monday online from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm via Zoom. Just drop an email to book your spot.
Prefer face-to-face? Swing by Morningside Parish Church, 2 Cluny Gardens, Edinburgh, for the Hatha Yoga Flow every Tuesday from 10:00 am to 11:00 am. It’s a great way to connect with others.
Complete beginner? No problem. There’s a beginners class every Tuesday from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm, also online via Zoom. Again, email to book.
Feeling the need for deep relaxation? Check out Yoga Nidra every Thursday from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm on Zoom. Make sure to book ahead.
David also offers 8-week blocks for a more consistent practice. New blocks of Hatha Yoga Flow and Yoga Nidra start on January 16th and January 11th, respectively. Perfect to really get into the groove.
Newbies can try out taster sessions on January 16th – Hatha Yoga Flow from 10:00 am to 11:00 am in person, and Yoga Nidra online from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm. Spaces are tight, so book in advance!
