Lucy Wylde, also known as “The Birth Recovery Coach,” is a highly experienced and qualified personal trainer, massage therapist, and yoga instructor based in Caversham, Reading, UK. With almost 20 years of experience in movement, the body, and wellbeing, Lucy is passionate about helping women heal and thrive both physically and emotionally after giving birth.
As a coach for mums and a perinatal exercise specialist, Lucy understands the challenges that women face during pregnancy, labour, and the transition into motherhood.
